The Imports Page is your central hub for managing, tracing, and updating all of your import containers in real time.
At the top of the Imports Page, containers are automatically traced and sorted into distinct status tabs:
- On Vessel: Containers currently in transit aboard a vessel.
- Unavailable: Containers that have been offloaded at the terminal but are not yet ready or cleared for appointments.
- Bookable: Containers ready for an appointment.
- Appointed: Containers with a scheduled terminal appointment.
- Outgated: Containers that have successfully out-gated from the terminal.
- Terminated: Empty containers that have been returned.
- Unknown: Containers with no current status found (often due to a future ETA). Status is checked once every 24 hours.
Some terminals allow appointment booking even if a container has an active hold.
Active holds appear as yellow tags directly on the container entry. Hover over any yellow tag to see the exact source and nature of the hold.
To open the Details Page for a specific container:
- 1
Open the container details
Click the blue View button, or click anywhere in the white space of the container row.
- 2
Review the details sidebar
A sidebar opens on the right displaying key info (ETA, vessel details, etc.) along with the following tabs:
- Availability: Shows real-time availability status from terminal sites.
- Appointments: View scheduled appointment times and details.
- EIR: Access gate transaction information.
- History: Track the complete event timeline for the container.
Manual status update & refresh: If you need to refresh container data manually, go to the Availability tab in the details panel and click the Refresh button to pull the latest updates.
Search & filters: Use the search bar and filter controls at the top of the Imports Page to quickly filter containers by terminal, customer, assigned user, or other key parameters.
Use the Holds filter to show only containers with the selected holds applied.
