In this guide:
- Navigate to your account settings
- Locate the Terminal + Line Credentials section
- Enter and validate your terminal credentials
- Review special requirements for LBCT and APM Termpoint
Keeping your terminal credentials up to date is essential for Dray Dog to track your containers effectively across multiple sites. Follow these steps to link your terminal accounts.
📌Before you begin
A few terminals have special requirements:
- LBCT Connection: No credentials needed — Dray Dog uses an API key requested directly from LBCT. You'll receive an email when it's ready.
- APM Termpoint: You must create a dedicated user in Termpoint for Dray Dog to prevent connection conflicts. See how to create a new user in Termpoint and how to obtain a Termpoint API key.
- Expired credentials: Watch for banner notifications. When credentials expire, update the password on both the terminal's website and in Dray Dog.
